  Silver Strand Mind

Summary
An underground gold and silver mine with exciting exploration potential, the Silver Strand is an intriguing deposit. Hosted by the prolific silver-producing Revett formation of the Coeur d’Alene Mining District, the Silver Strand is unique in its high gold content. The project is located about 19 kilometers east-northeast of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and consists of 300 acres of unpatented claims that are subject to a 1.5% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR).

An indication of this blossoming was provided by a diamond drillhole completed in November 2002 that intercepted the ore shoot 40 meters below the lowest mine level (No. 3 Level) and assayed 10.63 gpt gold and 505.5 gpt silver across 1.6 meters.

Reserves and Resources
Ore grades and dimensions of the reserve blocks at the Silver Strand are based on chip sampling of the vein underground and diamond drilling. Reserves were calculated using the standard practices of the Coeur d’Alene Mining District. Note that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does not recognize the Mineralized Material category.

The reserve tonnages are diluted. That is, the expected dilution from underground mining is accounted for in the grade and tonnage of the reserve blocks. More information on the Silver Strand can be found in the Company’s Annual Report 10-KSB.

Exploration & Development Plan

Further exploration of the orebody at depth will be accomplished by driving a decline ramp while simultaneously mining existing ore reserves to produce revenues. Actually, the planned decline ramp is designed to intersect     an anomaly found by previous geophysical testing.

Once the site is accessible in the spring, typically May, the Company will resume mining efforts on the new No. 3 portal. It is expected that the completion of the New No. 3 portal will occur in the third quarter of 2008, and then mining of the reserves above the No. 3 level can commence. Ore will be shipped to the New Jersey Mill in Kellogg, Idaho. Some exploration core drilling may also take place in 2008. Usual environmental compliance activities such as water monitoring will also take place. The typical operating season will be from May through October.

As part of the operating plan, the Company has a unique plan that will result in zero discharge of mine-site water to surface waters. Storm water and mine water will be routed to a series of settling tanks to capture sediment, and the overflow will either be used for mine operations or sent to irrigate a portion of land near the mine site.
